I had the opportunity to join Summit Salon Service’s mission to spearhead the development of an in-house marketing initiative to meet the unique needs of salon owners. The objective was to provide boutique salons with a full digital package that would allow them to thrive in an ever-evolving online landscape.

The result was Digital Dropout, a comprehensive marketing department designed with a playful wink to salon owners and their business journeys. This comprehensive marketing service was designed to offer everything from social media strategy and content design to photography, videography, copywriting, and Squarespace web design. It was an honor to both design, develop, and creatively steer the project from inception to completion – overseeing administrative aspects and detailed investment guides, as well as developing necessary evergreen collateral.
